No other city in the world has been the target of tragedy as many Bomb Blast in serial bombings in Mumbai, who suffered agony in 1993, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2008 and now July 13, 2011. The first blast was at 18:54 in Zaveri Bazaar, followed by another in the opera than a minute later. The third explosion was outside Kabutarkhana 19:06, a few meters from the western part of Dadar railway station. This is the third terrorist attack in the Zaveri Bazaar.
The high explosives with timer devices were kept in the vehicles at the Opera House and Zaveri Bazar, Dadar while a bus was the target. Police said the three locations, two of which Khau Gallis, had been chosen for maximum impact. Police commissioner Arup Patnaik said it was a terrorist attack.
Security agencies suspect that the use of ammonium nitrate explosions.
